Janhavi has more than 20 years of operational and consulting experience , in the areas of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering.

Janhavi has strong expertise in handling Union while executing Lean projects.

She has successfully led turn key projects in esteem pharma and OEM industries. Expert in Lean methodologies, work measurement techniques, Line balancing, benchmarking, OEE & loss analysis, cost analysis, low-cost automation.

She is also a Corporate Trainer. Highly Motivated professional with strong Commercial acumen. Skilled in communicating & presenting Business case to Executives.

Mrs. Pallavi Patil

Pallavi is a Lean practitioner with 13+ years of experience in operations & manufacturing excellence.

Having exposure to 75+ organizations in Manufacturing, Process, Service, E commerce industries.

Strong handholding expertise in implementing lean concepts.

Pallavi is having niche competency in handling BPR projects. She has been coordinating in Business Development activities & Lean Training. Expertise in driving continuous improvement and benchmarking projects. Led several projects in work measurement, Lean Manufacturing, Line balancing, capacity and resource planning & optimize utilisation, OEE, conversion cost reduction, manpower optimisation.
